ifilm English TV to broadcast new series ‘Until Morning’

ifilm’s new series ‘Until Morning’ has been scheduled to start airing on January 14, 2021.

The series, written and produced by Ahmad Mir-Alaee and co-directed by Majid Javanmard and Mohammad-Ali Basheh-Ahangar, tells the story of Siavash who has just come back to Iran after having gone abroad to pursue his studies.

His father is a general in the Shah’s brutal dictatorial regime, but Siavash doesn’t see eye to eye with him when it comes to politics and what’s best for society.

The cast list of the series includes Hamid Ebrahimi, Setareh Eskandari, Mohammad Kasbi, Ramtin Khodapanahi, Zohreh Hamidi, Amin Zendegani, Maral Farjad, Majid Mozaffari, Hossein Saharkhiz, Maryam Soltani, Parvaneh Masoumi, Behnam Tashakkor, Atash Taqipour, Mohammad-Reza Iranmanesh, Kianoush Gerami, the late Sediqeh Kianfar, Afshin Sangchap, and the late Asal Badiee.

‘Until Morning’, produced in 2006, is to replace the series ‘The Children Are Watching’ to be broadcast at 19:00 GMT.

ifilm English will also repeat each episode of the series the following day at 03:00, 08:00, 14:00 (all GMT times). It is comprised of 28 episodes.
